Diagnosis
Head small, 0.9X as wide as width of mesosoma; eyes small, DE/DO = 6.6; mesosocutum with “shoulders” drawn out to a tip; scutellum entirely reticulate, with lateral mesh-rows and with a weak median groove in anterior ˝; forewing speculum very small: median propodeum entirely reticulate, median carina and anterolateral foveas only weakly indicated. Similar to stipitus but with forewing speculum smaller, hind tibial spur shorter, median propodeum entirely reticulate with median carina barely visible, petiole shorter.
